In the ongoing Santosh Deshmukh murder case, BJP MLA Suresh Dhas has taken a confrontational approach from the outset, launching serious accusations against Minister Dhananjay Munde. However, the political landscape shifted dramatically when reports of a clandestine meeting between Dhas and Munde surfaced, prompting significant reactions within political circles.
MP Sanjay Raut has criticized the meeting, stating, “I believed that Suresh Dhas would advocate for justice for the Deshmukh family in the Santosh Deshmukh murder case. At that time, people advised me to be cautious about supporting Dhas, warning that he could turn at any moment. Munde, Dhas, and Walmik Karad are united in their self-serving agenda, and unfortunately, this seems to be unfolding as we feared.”
Sanjay Raut serious allegations against Suresh Dhas
Raut did not hold back, accusing Dhas of exploiting the Deshmukh family’s suffering: “A sitting MLA has profited from the grief of Santosh Deshmukh’s family. Those innocent children sought Dhas’s support, believing he could bring them justice. If he has betrayed them, he will face divine judgment.”
He added, “If Dhas has deceived the Deshmukh family, the people of our state will remember this betrayal. What you have committed is a grievous offense, and there is no forgiveness for such a transgression,” Raut asserted.
In the midst of this controversy, Dhananjay Munde has stated that he has only met with Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, yet speculation about the Dhas-Munde meeting continues to dominate discussions in political circles.
